We are also introduced to lettings agents from other companies, tenants, and Sophie’s best friend Katia. The show focuses on the life of Stath, his father Vasos, and sister Sophie as well as the other employees of Michael and Eagle: Al, Dean, and Carole. The agency is called Michael and Eagle because, when it was set up, Vasos (Stath’s dad) had a friend called Michael who had a dog called Eagle it isn’t a particularly upmarket lettings agency and this is emphasised by the agency next door which deals with much posher properties and clients. If you’re not aware of Stath Lets Flats (that’s a lot to type so I’ll just call it SLF), it’s a comedy on Channel 4 (available to watch on All4 but this is in no way affiliated with them, I’m just writing this because I love SLF) about a Greek-Cypriot man called Stath who lets flats in London at his dad’s letting agency.
